Personal information will never be sold, rented, or traded to another company or individual.Spiff the Web may keep relevant information entered into form fields, and will keep information used in conjunction with active accounts.
Web Shop Refund Policy
Spiff the Web offers a 20 calendar day money back guarantee.If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of Web Shop, you have 20 calendar days from the day you signed up to request a refund. You will be refunded the entire purchase cost, including any setup fees and monthly payments made to Spiff the Web.
To request a refund, you must first cancel your monthly payments to Web Shop. After stopping payments, email your refund request to sales@spifftheweb.com, and give a brief explanation of your reasons for cancellation.
Once the initial 20 calendar days have passed, Spiff the Web will not honor any refund requests. Any requests for a refund that do not follow the above outlined refund policy will be denied.
You will still be able to cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be refunded any of the costs for this service.
Custom work in conjunction with Web Shop is exempt from the above outlined refund policy. The policy regarding custom work can be found below in the Custom Work Policy section.
Payment Options and Security
We use PayPal as a third party processor for all transactions. PayPal accounts, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover are all accepted forms of payment. You may use your credit card without opening a PayPal account.PayPal uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 3.0 or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).
